Mark
For more than 35 years, Mark Holland has worked with groups and hotels around the world to deliver the best in hotel site selection and contract negotiations. His connections in the hospitality industry are wide-ranging, and he can negotiate excellent pricing and concessions for associations, companies, and individuals, often with minimal liability to the client. He has worked with all major hotel chains and many independent properties as well. Meeting planning is a business built upon relationships, and Mark has the complete trust of both his clients and the hotel teams with which he works.
Mark is a specialist in finding the right property for your group and creating the best possible agreements with hotels. He has sited and contracted meetings for as few as ten people to more than 2,000, delivering unparalleled personal service 365 days a year. His educational background includes a master’s degree in public administration and a juris doctor degree in law. Current clients include domestic and international legal associations and firms, the financial industry, the geotechnical and civil engineering industry, social organizations, and retreat-based groups.
Mark’s proven track record of strategic negotiations, cost savings, and risk management yields invaluable results to the groups he represents. There is typically no charge for his services since he receives fees from hotels after the meeting. Such fees in no way increase costs for either the group or for its attendees.
